After the goods are dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order. Please offer a real and effective e-mail address, which the delivery status of goods can be informed prompt.
The orders usually are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online. As usual, it takes 4 to 7 business days to your door. Your satisfaction is what we strive for.
We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, our website will refund or replace free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
* All international returns should be returned to us within 30 days upon receipt of the order.
* The shipping charges for international exchanges are to be paid by customer (Unless the fault was caused by us). All duties, taxes, or fees required to be paid for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
